4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about items to be moved
- Ensure access to both pickup and delivery locations
- Remove prohibited items before moving
- Be present during packing and unpacking
- Provide necessary documentation for international moves
5. Insurance and Liability
We offer various insurance options for your belongings:
- Basic coverage included in service price
- Additional insurance available for valuable items
- Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery
- Liability limited to declared value of items
6. Pricing and Payment

7. Prohibited Items
The following items cannot be transported:
- Hazardous materials
